Jeff's practice focuses on corporate and transactional matters involving business owners and the operational aspects of their companies. Jeff is a "go to" resource to answer legal questions and provide guidance for privately-held companies in a variety of industries, including engineering, manufacturing, medical/healthcare, technology, logistics, business consulting, construction, and professional services. He routinely handles corporate and transactional matters such as the selection and formation of business entities, venture capital investments and private equity offerings, business consolidations, asset sales, mergers and acquisitions, preparation of shareholder, partnership and limited liability company agreements, succession planning, buy-sell agreements, exit planning, commercial contracts, restrictive covenant agreements, executive severance agreements, computer hardware and software licensing and leases, strategic alliances and joint ventures, sales and distribution agreements, telecommunications network agreements, and nondisclosure agreements.
